| Introduction | Striving for the Holy Trinity of Happy, Healthy and Harmonious - not always able to maintain all three at once, but ever-hopeful, nonetheless...It's worth reminding myself, everyday, of how precious and wonderful Life is and that all the things in it should be appreciated. Whether it's a major milestone or simply a butterfly fluttering towards a flower, it's all glorious and worthy of note, I believe. This li'l blog is my attempt to center my chi, as I like to put it. A playground of positivity for me. I'll try my best to keep that upbeat vibe going here. Maybe it will carry over into the rest of my life.
