Introduction	I am 38, have just started crossfit this year, and am hooked. I'm also an all or nothing kind of person. This started as a blog to keep track of my power lifting goals, but now I crossfit, and i like the name. And I DO lift things.
Interests	Crossfit, cooking, tweaking about the most delicious paleo food I can make!, movies, reading, shoes, good moisturizer, and the NYC subway.
Favorite movies	Lost in Translation, Pumping Iron 1 & 2!!
Favorite music	Iron & Wine, Mickey Avalon, Mountain Goats, Metallica, Anthrax, Kanye, Carly Simon, Notorious BIG and MSG, Magnetic Fields, David Bowie, Neil Diamond. I'm all over....suggestions are welcome!
Favorite books	Today I Wrote Nothing by Daniil Kharms, Confederacay of Dunces by John Kennedy Toole, Cruddy by Lynda Barry, Cousin Bette by Balzac. I read mofo.
