| Introduction | Now aged 31, I was born in Iraq & lost many of my family to Saddam`s thugs. Luckily, I was sent to England when I was 5 & still live here. Having studied Theatre at university, I worked as a professional actor, which pays very little, before moving into press photography, which pays rather a lot. My book, `The Initiate` was the result of a drunken bet in which I was challenged to produce the most filthy novel ever written. To my amazement, the first publisher I sent it to picked it up. My pride & my boast is that I am a lesbian. |
