| Introduction | Soon after celebrating my 35th birthday, and while in the first year of my marriage, I received a phone call that forever changed me, my relationships, my marriage, and which brought all the strength in me crumbling down. A phone call telling me, as if from a dictate on high, I would never conceive naturally. Now, nearly a year later, I am sifting through the pieces of my mosaic and attempting to find a way to put them back together to create the stunning masterpiece I had always believed my life would be. The phone call I received shattered the brilliant vase that held all that was "me." Now how do I piece it back together and stop seeing it, and me, as so, well, broken? |
| Interests | I have my foot in many ponds at the moment. Currently working part-time as a Communication Manager for J&J, finding so much joy teaching at a local university, and trudging along to finish my dissertation, I am a busy woman. I have a wonderful husband whom I married in October, 2009, a beautiful home surrounded by trees, two four-legged dog children (Sophia & Isabella) and two four-legged cat children (Samson & Brutus). Originally from Montana I moved many times in my life living in Montana, Oregon, California, Colorado, and finally Pennsylvania is home. |
