Amarah started lifting early in his college years, learning from local personal trainers and private research. Amarah specializes in calisthenics and free weight training. He also has extensive knowledge on strength training, flexibility, and weight loss. Amarah writes about health and fitness topics, including various types of exercise and eating healthy. Amarah graduated from Western Connecticut State University in December, 2014 with a degree in professional writing. He is currently working towards becoming a certified personal trainer.
