| Introduction | MEET THE TEAM Having been involved with dogs all her life Liz has been active in dog training, including obedience, agility, search and rescue, scent work, police dog training and socialisation training. Liz lives in Queensland Australia, in the beautiful Gold Coast rainforest hinterland. Her vision is to set up a rehabilitation centre for abandoned large dogs offering them a happy life free from abuse and neglect. Every dog has the right to develop into a well balanced canine citizen. However with changes in circumstances,sudden challenges and fears, some of us are left to pick up the pieces. Liz hopes to alert dog owners to be aware as to how the five senses play an important part in the development of a dog. Liz currently has two dogs. Jensen an Irish Wolfhound Great Dane cross and Lily, a Kelpie cross. Sadly 10 year old Harley, the Irish Wolfhound and gentle giant crossed over the Rainbow Bridge recently. All dogs entered Liz's life as unwanted victims. Now they are strong in body, sound in mind and confident in character. This is Jensen's story. |
