You've just inherited a manufacturing plant that specializes in plastics. What are you going to make?
I would make all containers out of #1 or #2 plastic so they can be easily recycled. There's no reason why these things should be made with a #6 plastic when nearly identical containers exist made from #1 plastic! I would also eliminate PVC plastics-- that's some bad stuff-- and employ some brilliant engineers to develop an earth-friendly alternative.
