Interests	My interests are food and travel - great food, eating out, trying new cuisines, new recipes, cooking for those with food restrictions (vegan & gluten free), discovering offbeat places to stay in, luxury escapes and retreats. I am passionate about animals and their welfare. Keenly interested in business strategy, corporate communications, brand building, social media, the fast evolving media universe, all things digital, and as a post graduate in Economics; the economy, the environment, sustainability and above all learning and evolving.
