| Introduction | A mere three years ago, I would have told you all about my life as a yoga instructor. I'd share about the ministry I built offering Christ-centered yoga classes. And I'd probably share my short history as an English teacher and editor. But now? Here's what I'll share with you: I'm a used-to-be English teacher, once-upon-a-time fitness instructor and a one-day-at-a-time epileptic mama who has watched her life be struck down and blessed by suffering. While I still love health and wellness, I sure have a different perspective since seizures sparked in my life in 2017. I'm on a road to healing, and I know you are too. I'm reaching out my shaky hand to those who aren't just unwell...but those who are suffering. Oh, and I'm also laughing at every turn. |
