| Introduction | Growing up in a family whose social network centered on food was not easy for someone like myself with food allergies. Over the past few years, I've met many people who have developed an intolerance to wheat, many who cannot drink milk and others who have recently had to watch their intake of sugar. As a pastry chef, I have had to be extremely creative trying to make products not only free of these products but healthy. I hope to share my knowledge with those of us in the population who are in search of alternatives. This will be a journey to discover and share the world's best gluten free foods. |
