| Introduction | I have over 20 years in the wine & hospitality industry focusing on tasting/retail rooms, wine clubs, special events, and online sales & marketing. From 1996 through 2007 I was the Producer, Coordinator, and Executive Director of the highly successful Catalan Festival of Food, Wine, & Music. I am a graduate of Normandale College (Bloomington, MN) where I earned a degree in Technical Theatre. Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
Think it through, it's not a trick question. For me it's flexibility. Another way of saying adaptability, and I've always thought that to be an overlooked (and vital) strength.
