Favorite Movies | In no particualr order: The Dish, Contact, The Lord of the Rings trilogy, any Star Trek, As Good as it Gets, Mr, Skeffington, Pleasantville, Lost in Translation, Brief Encounter, Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Cafe, La Cage aux Folles, Dracula - Dead and Loving it, Apollo 13, The DaVinci Code. |
Favorite Music | Queen, Leonard Cohen, Opera - even the a-tonal stuff and Tchaikovski's Pathetique are a few of my favourites. |
Favorite Books | The Waves - Virginia Woolf, Zen and the art of Mototcycle Maintenance - Robert Persig, Lord of the Rings and the Narnia Chronicles, anything by Jeanette Winterson, The Book of Mercy by Leonard Cohen, The complete works of Oscar Wilde but De Profundis is amazing! Biographies - they always outstrip any fiction. Anything Michael Bywater or AC Grayling ever wrote. |
