Introduction	I am a leadership coach specializing in the "business of relationship". At the core of all businesses are people in relationship - to clients and colleagues, to services, to products, to themselves. In 5,000 hours of work with individuals, I have observed that people universally strive for an authentic response to the challenges of these relationships. As a leadership coach I foster an environment where this striving is understood, where integrity and self-awareness are supported, and where the leader's grandest vision of themselves can be actualized. Through my coaching relationships and a body of writing, my intent is to promote awareness of inter-personal dynamics and to contribute to the dialogue on leadership through the lens of relational intelligence.
