| Introduction | I am a wife and mother, a professor at a private university, and a high school speech team assistant coach. I volunteer like it is my third job and I love to express myself through the art of storytelling. I'm changing and growing every day - and I have a constantly evolving view on politics, religion, raising children, being a wife and daughter, and just living life to the fullest in general. Recently I survived an unexpected brain surgery for the removal of two tumors (because I like to be "extra" in everything I do!) and I'm currently undergoing a lengthy cancer treatment. That has sparked my return to blogging because I find it's every bit as good as therapy. (But don't worry, I'm doing that too!) There's a lot going on in my mind - this is my attempt to sort it out. |
