| Introduction | What started out as a simple house spruce-up (is there ever really such a thing?) turned into an extensive renovation project. We decided to share the journey. Kirsten writes the posts (hi!). James and Kirsten do the stuff. James studied building and carpentry, and worked in that industry until circa the time he became a lobster boat captain. Kirsten is an artist and writer who has worked many jobs in many different places. We call Maine home. When not tinkering and toiling, we enjoy cooking, eating, reading, exploring new places, bargain hunting, indulging creative outlets, skate boarding (mostly James on this one), and sitting on the couch under a pile of pets watching Law and Order. |
