Introduction | I was born in Oregon and grew up on the bike trails of Eugene. I rode every day of the year in all kinds of weather. On average I commuted from 200-250 miles per week. I know that doesn't sound like much but I felt in great health! The only days I couldn't ride were on the days that had freezing rain and I couldn't keep my tires under me. |
