| Introduction | Mothers Against Pornography Addiction was founded by a group of women who were directly individually affected by the pornography addiction of a spouse or significant other in order to provide support and information and resources for all women who come to find themselves in that situation. Our support board is a place to learn, seek information, help ourselves and others through friendship, validation, and information sharing. It can be a place for women to be understood when faced with shame and secrecy in real life. MAPA is not just for moms. It's for all women who care about the effect that pornography addiction, particularly escalated through the internet, has on our relationships, families, children.
