| Introduction | I began this blog at the urging of a dear friend and started it intending to write of other things. Now these unexpected spiritual events have happened and so the original blog title 'A Common Garden' has taken on a completely different meaning, even for me. Lol. The name Seeley Street is a pseudonym, one I had chosen long before I was to write the Signet Ring post. The name Seeley is from the Old French and means blessed; and Street, well, you know that one. Spiritual conversation in the Sufi tradition in Turkey is called sohbet. Conversation like this can happen on a street corner, in a carpet shop, anywhere. Welcome to the Road. |
