| Introduction | I settled within two miles of the North Pembrokeshire coast in 1988 after twenty years of almost constant movement that included residence in Germany, Greece, Israel, the West Country and London. The advent of the World Wide Web has allowed me to pursue my professional interests (see ‘About This Blogger’) from the far west of Wales, within easy reach of surfing beaches, the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and sea cliffs, and the Preseli Hills. On the few occasions when it rains in Pembrokeshire my interests focus on historical literature, film, and a nostalgic attachment to blues and jazz from the first half of the 20th Century. My daughter the doctor is a Research Fellow at the University of Bristol. My son has a less structured lifestyle, possibly in emulation of his father! |
