| Introduction | Hello. I am a freelance writer and mother of two sons, one with autism. On this site, I publish anecdotes to share my experiences with ASD. Sometimes you’ll laugh, sometimes you’ll cry, maybe both at the same time. I am working on a full length memoir on raising a child with autism along with several collections of poetry. My work has been twice nominated for a Pushcart Award and has appeared in journals such as The Camel Saloon, Centrifugal Eye, Deadsnakes, Visceral Uterus, Salome, Poetry Quarterly, Writing Tomorrow and Rattle. You can find a lot of my work online. My poetry chapbooks, The Girl of My Dreams and Thoughts in Reverse are available from Dancing Girl Press. Rattle chapbook runner up, Turn Left Before Morning, was published in 2017. |
