Introduction	Thanks for visiting. I received my doctorate from Bowling Green State University, and have a lot of formal training and practical experience in research methodology, survey development and quantitative design and analysis. I have written two books titled, Measuring Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty (3rd Ed), and Beyond the Ultimate Question. Also, I have published numerous articles in both scientific and trade journals and presented research at national and international conferences on the measurement of customer satisfaction and loyalty, customer feedback programs, employee empowerment, and employee perceptions of workplace safety. I try to lead a sustainable lifestyle by recycling and reusing whenever I can. One of my new goals for the next 12 months (August 2009-2010) is to purchase all my clothing from second-hand shops.
