Introduction	During a recent interview I was asked about what my core business beliefs were. I responded that most people, families, and business owners I work with when I first meet them have some anxiety, fear, or concern that they would like help solving. I follow 3 simple steps. First the information I share with them has to not just be correct, but it has to be true. There is a difference between being correct and being true! Second the information or solution has to be presented in a manner that makes it easy to understand, and accept. Understanding of a truth is the key to reaching a point of peacefulness. The third step then is the peacefulness that comes from knowing the truth, understanding it, and knowing what to do.
