Introduction	I'm a Certified Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner and Licensed Massage Therapist, working in and exploring the field of healing and touch therapies since the mid-80s. I grew up in England, and moved to the United States in 1994, following several years of traveling the world and living in India. Since 1995, I've had a full-time healing and therapeutic bodywork practice in Sedona, Arizona. My approach comes from a grounding in meditation, along with an understanding that we are more than the physical body. I'm continually exploring and learning new approaches to consciousness and healing. In recent years I've had the honor and privilege of being a Teaching Assistant in Donna Eden's Energy Medicine training programs, and most recently I've become an Energy Medicine for Women Certified Instructor.
