| Introduction | Bonjour, A new creative adventure begins with this blog which I started in late August 2011... I am French, and though I have lived in California for many years, I constantly go back to my roots to recharge my life, my dreams, my art, my spirit. I feel most at home when I mix the light and feel of Provence, the warmth and the quiet pace of the Mediterranean region, with an asian affinity especially that of India and China... with a dreamy mood, textures of old and new, photography, travel and nostalgia. A couple of years ago, I created a website as a portfolio of the things that I like to do...enjoy looking at it when you have a moment www.adeline-ropion.com. It has a myriad of projects that I have created in between long hours of work, raising two daughters, and fitting the rest of life in. This blog will allow me to have a diary version of my site in a way, that will move and grow with the new ideas that inspire me as I continue to play with photos, paper scraps, vignettes of my surroundings ...
