Introduction	I believe it is a combination of curiosity and ancestral memory that has led me to passion for the sauna. I am also lucky to live in Minnesota where for many years now, sauna practice has been both preserved and reinvigorated. I spend lots of time in Bad Sauna, our family’s treasured handbuilt retreat in our small backyard in the middle of the city. It is the perfect starting point for learning more and sharing the experience with others.
