| Introduction | I am married and have been for almost 21yrs now. My husband John and I have six boys, 2 of whom are now happily in heaven. They are John II, Jake, Jthomas, Joe, Josh and James. I was a stay-at-home mom for many, many years until my husband talked me into pursuing a college education. I started taking college courses 20 yrs after graduating from HS and will now be graduating with a degree in Early Childhood/Elem Education and am hoping to obtain my Master's Degree in Special Education, in memory of my son Jake, in hopes of "giving back' somehow to the program that has serviced him since birth. I hope to become the kind of teacher that will make a difference if only in one child. But I also know that I am teacher first to my own children. God, my Catholic faith and my family are the most important thing to me. |
