| Introduction | I have a BA in Parks, Recreation and Tourism. For the past 20 years I have worked with government and non-profit agencies in various outdoor recreation settings. Through the years I have collected a wealth of knowledge on safety and survival in the wilderness. I have also been a member of search and rescue parties. I decided to write this blog because I am passionate about educating others so they are prepared to survive. I continue to enjoy my ongoing education in this field. |
