Introduction	I have hyperadrenergic postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome or hPOTs, a form of dysautonomia. Prior to getting this illness, I was very active and busy but hPOTS has drastically changed my lifestyle. In spite of the many challenges that come with having hPOTS, I have a determination to overcome it! I'm creating this blog as a resource for those who have this health issue or other disabling illnesses. There is very little information available about this particular kind of POTS and I want to share my experiences, connect with others, and create a centralized web resource of information. I am attempting to focus on hPOTS but will also include sites and links that I think are helpful but related to "regular" POTS, other illnesses, and inspirational people.
