Introduction	The voice comes from within my heart. The voice repeats the same verse time and time again. If the voice wasn’t enough, there are constant reminders all around me. From the songs I hear to the swaying pine trees I see with my eyes. Every time I fail to listen to this voice inside my heart, life seems to wrap me up, spin me around and set me back down hours later. I say to myself, ‘where did the time go?’ I hear the voice again and feel the wind remind. ‘Slow down,’ the voice says. I ponder, ‘How do I stop from spinning out of control?’ I have been trained for so long to drive in the fast lane of life. It’s time I move over to the slow vehicle lane. Chanting Brook is my slow lane.
