Introduction	Krista Petty is a Senior Advisor for Backyard Impact--a coaching and training organization for community involvement (web site coming soon!)and Editor for www.externallyfocusednetwork.com. She served as editor for The Externally Focused Church (Group Publishing, 2004) and Living a Life on Loan (Standard Publishing 2006). She has worked with Leadership Network, Fasten Network, and Outreach Magazine, Standard Publishing and is a columnist for Group's Church Volunteer Central site. She trains churches and agencies to collaborate for community transformation. A graduate of Milligan College, Krista resides in Concord, North Carolina with her husband Steve and three children. Steve is an awesome husband, dad and Family Minister at Concord Christian Church. Kayla (17) is a SENIOR and great teen and children's worship leader. Jenna (11) is a swimmer extraordinaire and Ryan (9) is a 4th grade genius and soccer stud.
