| Introduction | I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Paris Ottawa Culinary School with a Grand Diplome in June of 2006. Cooking is a creative outlet for me and I love everything about it. I cook every day with the freshest ingredients available. This blog is about sharing my knowledge of and passion for the process of creating good food. My goal is to inspire and teach everyone who reads these pages. |
| Interests | Cooking, reading, spending time with my family, sharing my love of cooking and food with everyone I know. And walking my two mini-schnauzers all around the neighborhood. |
| Favorite movies | Anything food-inspired, such as "Mostly Martha", Babette's Feast", "Big Night". In a more contemporary vein I enjoyed "Up in the Air", "Sarah's Key", and "Hugo". I also enjoy old, classic films such as those seen on TCM. |
| Favorite music | Rock and roll, classical,and most everything in between. |
| Favorite books | I have too many to list, but most recently: "A Visit from the Goon Squad", "The Sense of an Ending", and Stieg Larsson's trilogy. |
