Introduction	I've started this blog because I've been struck by how much interest there's been in spelling in the media recently. My interests in spelling stem from teaching the English Language to undergraduates at Oxford University and helping my children learn to spell. My book Does Spelling Matter? was published by Oxford University Press in 2013; the paperback version will appear in late 2014.
