Introduction	I am a Certified Integrative Health and Nutrition Counselor and mother of two. I received training at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City and am certified through the Teachers College of Columbia University. I am currently studying at the Natural Healing College to be certified in Holistic Science and as an Ayurvedic practitioner. I am a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and the leader of the Monmouth County Chapter of the Holistic Moms Network. I regularly lead workshops on nutrition and offer health and nutrition counseling to individuals and groups.
