Introduction I am 1 in 10 women diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Since I was diagnosed, I have been on series of research on how to Overcome this syndrome. My aim is to create awereness for my fellow Nigerian young Women, Africa and Women around the globe who are yet to be diagnosed with PCOS to know about this syndrome that happens to be one of the main causes of infertility in women. So many young women do not know that PCOS exist and as a typical Africans so many of us resort only in visiting one Prayer house or the other seeking for deliverance to Heal our inability to conceive whereas what we actually need to heal is our ignorance of PCOS. Since my Awareness of PCOS, and having been researching for those years about it, I have found out so many useful information about it, both the food, Supplements and fruits we need to eat to stay healthy. I discover that what I consume has alot of Negative effects on my system and since I started with more Natural Foods, gluten free, diary free and sugar free my life has not been the same. My aim is to write on here useful information I could get hold on to help a Cyster, and also suggest Supplements that can Aid our living.
