Introduction We're in the twilight of our 20s and we just bought our first condo. Which means we're (to say the least) trying to get the most out of our money when it comes to food. Our experiment: To make gourmet food on a dime, and to make the most out of our resources (both money and leftovers). We'll show you what we bought, how much it cost, and how we turned it into something absolutely amazing - day after day. Whenever possible, we're trying to use seasonal, local, fresh ingredients and making the most of what's in the pantry.
