| Introduction | As an artist I am very much a romantic dreamer who is drawn to a variety of genres in Art. I live for variety and express it in figurative, landscape and abstract work; however the underlying expression in my work is the female figure. My figurative work carries an array of deep emotion, style, and grace... each one telling a story from within to be read differently by each individual viewer. My abstract work is often produced using many thin layers of true pigment to create a clean vibrant abstraction of color, and curves... each to be read in their own individual light by each viewer. I also create very thick and textured abstractions using quick gestural strokes to create scenery illustrations or various figurative pieces. My acrylic on glass works are produced by a stain technique using layers upon layers of true pigment. My emotion is infused in each curve and swirl creating a very contemporary design with a sleek glass finish.
