| Introduction | My name is Raquel and I'm a 24-year old student, studying Communication at San Diego State University. I love to write, read, spend time with my family and love on my boyfriend...not necessarily in that order. I have never thought of myself as very athletic, but as of right now, I would definitely consider myself a health junkie. I've recently become an Independent Coach for Team Beachbody, which has been great so far! Although I'm still learning (aren't we all?), I feel so unbelievably amazing about the changes I have made so far in my life. I have wonderful support, as my brother is a certified personal trainer, and getting his degree in Kinesiology-Fitness and Nutrition, and my boyfriend loves to learn about new things, including health, food, exercise, well-being, etc., etc., etc. I cannot wait to see the twists and turns my life will take as I venture on to becoming a better, healthier, happier me! |
