Introduction | I am an American lawyer, a member of the New York Bar. I am currently a professor at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) Law School in Seoul, Korea. I received my JD from Harvard Law School in 2001 and BA (in Economics) from Harvard University in 1998. Previously, I worked as a foreign attorney at Yoon & Yang in Seoul, and as a corporate associate at Sullivan & Cromwell's Tokyo office, Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton's New York office and Dechert's Philadelphia office. |
