Introduction	I follow a pretty strict primal/paleo diet and being the queen of the castle, my family does too. I enjoy chronicling my daily thoughts, eats, recipes, and what-not along our journey. In my former life I was a Corporate Diva now turned SAHM. By choice I traded in daily showers, stilettos, and staff meetings for dirty diapers, sleepless nights, and play dates. I'm a fitness/health fanatic, internet junkie, make-up whore, wannabe photographer, coffee addict, and most days scattered nut-case! I'm passionate about sustainable living, responsible eating, and creating a better world for my girls.
