| Introduction | They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, well then I must be freaking Hercules by now!! I am a 38 year old city-raised Irish girl, but a total country girl at heart. My absolute favorite (and toughest) job is being a single mom. I have two amazing kiddos, a son & a daughter. We have two black cats (coincidence, trust me), Steve & Sophie, a chocolate lab-jack russell mix, Tucker, two hamsters, and two turtles. I love watching my kids play any sport, but volleyball, lacrosse & soccer seem to be their favorites, and their enthusiasm is amazing. I also love taking pictures and reading when I get the chance. My family is THE most important thing in my life, which includes some really good friends. The kids and I have started building our new life and routine, and I am starting to get excited about what the future may bring our way... |

Describe the sound of a moist waffle falling onto a hot griddle.
Ok, first, I HATE the word moist!! Second, waffles don't fall onto a hot griddle, they are poured on as batter and become hot waffles when they are DRY and cooked!!!!
