Introduction	Hi. I run, a lot. Well, I run more than 99% of the people I know, so that's my basis. I enjoy it because it destresses me, helps me sleep, keeps me fit, and--most importantly--makes me feel superhuman. I've been running on and off since 2000, racing since 2004, and consistently hitting the pavement since 2006. Oh yeah, one other thing: I have this insane idea to run a race (marathon or half-mary) in every state.
