| Introduction | I'm an associate professor at an undergraduate college in the NE USA. My graduate training in political science left me ill-prepared to understand the world we are living in. I was saved by the anthropologists, sociologists, and non-mainstream political scientists. My research has focused on the western Balkans, but my interests go beyond that area. After ten years of full-time teaching (4-4) I'm finally on leave this entire year. This is my year of reading. |
