| Introduction | I am a 30-something mom of two fantastic kids: Noah (4.5 years) & Layla (2.5 years) and a wife to Keith (married six years). I am a Registered Nurse, with a history of working in pediatric cardiology. I left the bedside to pursue my Masters degree in nursing education; however my cardiology work has come in handy, as my son was born with multiple cardiac defects. The purpose of this blog is to chronicle and explore the trials and tribulations of raising a cardiac child with, what can be at times, too much knowledge. As well as how Keith and I are fumbling our way through parenthood! |
