Introduction	I grew up in Germany but have lived in the States for over 20 years. My son Duncan is my first child. He turned 7 in May! My daughter Annika Ruby will be 5 in September. We had them both at home with the help of our wonderful midwives. As far as parenting choices go these have worked well for us: breastfeeding, co-sleeping, attachment parenting I love horses and other animals. In fact we have horses, goats, dogs, cats, and various other critters. None of them are allowed in the sewing room of course! I feel so lucky to have a job I love: staying home with my kids and creating Domino Pads! I believe over the years they have evolved into some of the best pads on the market due to our innovative design and high quality materials.
Favorite books	I read a lot of non-fiction but when it comes to fiction I love John Irving. In fact I thought of my son's name because of a character in one of Irving's books...
