Introduction	Nandana is a member of the Ontology Engineering Group (OEG) of Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Spain. He is currently working on how to use Linked Data for managing the software development lifecycle. He completed European Master on Software Engineering at UPM, Spain and BTH, Sweden with an Erasmus Mundus scholarship from the European Union. He is also a committer and a Project Management Committee (PMC) member of Apache Axis and Apache Web Services projects. He holds a B.Sc. first class honors degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.
