IntroductionHi, my name is Britney Treece and I have dealt with M.S. (multiple sclerosis) for 24 years and was recently diagnosed with a second autoimmune disease called Common Variable Immunodeficiency. I think it's important to share the down times as much as the ups--it's what humanizes us and make us have more compassion for others. I'm grateful I have the trials that I do, because I wouldn't want anyone else's. They are my cross to bare for whatever purpose that God has me to do them for. I never thought that having M.S. would allow me to experience life through different lenses, but it has.
InterestsI'm mainly interested in people because they're like walking books that I want to read and understand in their entirety. I love animals, my fiancé, God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.
Favorite moviesI love "Sabrina", Memoirs of a Geisha, Princess Bride--cult classic, Wonder, feel good movies, Big Fish, and movies that make drama come alive and well. I love the artistry of movies and love to dissect them more than books, even though one of my degrees is in English. I effin' LOVE movies!!
Favorite musicI will always love Enrique Iglesias... I think I told him in one of his fan groups online that I would have his illegitimate children for him. I was mainly joking. Too late. I had a partial hysterectomy so that dream is dead like my uterus or possibly growing some scientific experiment as we speak. You never know with doctors and body parts...Anywho, I love my fiance most, so there's that.
Favorite booksBoM (IYKYK). Embraced by the Light (only the first one, I heard the second one got kind of crazy from some friends of mine). Holy Bible--there's some scandalous stories up in thar! I see you Songs of Solomon! and so did everyone else....Jane Eyre, The Red Tent (I loved the miniseries better though). Too many more to list.

You can punch a hole in an apple using a straw. How do you think that makes your milkshake feel?

This question is really inordinate, but if I must answer, my milkshake brings all the boys to the yard...
