| Introduction | I am an outdoors person! As a family, we enjoy activities like snow and water skiing, swimming, hiking, biking and more. My interest in triathlon grew from the enjoyment of outdoor activities, primarily running. I have always enjoyed spending time trail running, casual mountain biking and swimming in the freshwater lakes in the Adirondack Mountains of New York. If you enjoy something, you should always find a way to engage in it. I competed in my first Triathlon at age 50, and feel that people should let ambition; goals and persistence rule their lives and not let age limit accomplishments. |
