| Introduction | I am writing a blog and that's something I have never tried before, until now. So, this blog is all about baking, it's about those little tricks and tips that you miss while you're out there whisking it all up. Whatever content i share here will be from experience and everything that I have learnt all the way to now. My interest in baking was developed by watching baking shows on the TV. The first cake i made was the Wiliamsburgh Orange Cake, and it was downright delicious.That's all it took to know that baking ain't rocket science. Anyone can do it. All you need is passion, interest and patience. I'll also share recipes that I have made and tell you about what it took to make it perfect.
