Introduction	I got into Triathlons in 2007 and after doing my first 3 sprint Tri's on a Mt bike I finally stepped it up a notch. In 2010 I moved from the comfortable sea level training to the beautiful mountains of Boulder, CO to train for the Syracuse 70.3 with big goals of low times, but the reality that was not the breakout season I was looking for. This blog is documentation of the learning curve, my growth both mentally and physically as I reach for my goals in 2011. I recently joined the Runners Roost Racing Team in order to support one of the best running stores in CO and Just made the costly purchase of my first Tri bike.
