| Introduction | The Creation Station is a community resource located in the La Quinta Public Library. Open since July 2018, the Creation station offers classes on a variety of MakerSpace topics, such as 3D Printing, Laser Cutting, Sewing, CAD, Electronics and Tools for Makers 14 years of age or older with the option of becoming a member that enables them to use open stations during the hours of operation. In March of 2019 the Creation Station stated to offer MakerSpace Camps which are special classes that were developed for younger Makers between the ages of 7-13. |
